On 18 June, Vanessa, Chief Communications Officer of Integra International, delivered a session for Integra International member firms titled “From Process to Impact Performance Management that Works.” The session offered a practical and energising look at how firms can turn performance management into a genuine driver of accountability, engagement, and results.

The session opened by addressing a challenge many firms quietly share. Traditional performance management often requires significant time and effort, yet does not always deliver the impact it promises. The discussion explored where the gap typically lies, from compliance-driven reviews and inconsistent ratings to feedback that arrives too late to influence behaviour or realign effort with firm priorities. Integra International is pleased to share with its members an important announcement regarding a high‑level industry event organized by the Argentina–Texas Chamber of Commerce, a nonprofit institution dedicated to strengthening bilateral business between the United States and Argentina.

Our firm, RCBM y Asociados, is a founding member of the Chamber, established in 2016. In this role, Dr Borg will lead the organisation’s strategic communications function, driving initiatives aimed at enhancing Integra International’s global profile, strengthening stakeholder engagement, and supporting collaboration across its international association. She brings a strategic and people-focused approach to communications, supported by extensive experience in leadership, organisational development, and business transformation.

As part of her vision for the role, Dr Borg intends to focus on strengthening member integration and community engagement across the association. Her priorities include promoting member success stories and cross-border collaboration opportunities, encouraging stronger engagement between member firms, and creating community-driven experiences that foster meaningful professional relationships and trust across the global association.… Read More

Joan Lliteras, of Barcelona, Spain, passed away peacefully on March 5, 2026, at the age of 83. He will be remembered for his kindness, humor, and dedication to his community. Joan is survived by his companion, Tina Roig; his son, Bernat; his daughter-in-law; and his grandson.

Joan joined Integra International with his firm, ABGL, S.L., in April 1999. Very quickly, he became a member of the EMEIA Board, a position he held until his retirement from his firm in July 2009. After his retirement, Joan became New Member Manager for Integra EMEIA, a role he fulfilled with joy and dedication. Many of the new members he brought to Integra remain members of the association and became good friends of Joan.
