Dr Vanessa Borg has recently been appointed as the Chief Communications Officer of Integra International.
In this role, Dr Borg will lead the organisation’s strategic communications function, driving initiatives aimed at enhancing Integra International’s global profile, strengthening stakeholder engagement, and supporting collaboration across its international network. She brings a strategic and people-focused approach to communications, supported by extensive experience in leadership, organisational development, and business transformation.
As part of her vision for the role, Dr Borg intends to focus on strengthening member integration and community engagement across the network. Her priorities include promoting member success stories and cross-border collaboration opportunities, encouraging stronger engagement between member firms, and creating community-driven experiences that foster meaningful professional relationships and trust across the global network.
She also intends to introduce initiatives that enhance member connectivity through informal peer networking forums, cultural and experiential events, member-hosted regional experiences, and social engagement activities that complement Integra’s established conferences and technical forums, further strengthening collaboration and engagement across the network.
A key area of focus will also be leveraging the strength of the Integra network to create greater value for member firms by encouraging collaboration, knowledge sharing, strategic partnerships, and increased cross-border opportunities across the global community.
Her objective is to contribute towards building an even more connected and engaged international network that strengthens relationships, increases referral opportunities, enhances long-term membership value, and maximises the collective strengths of the organisation.

Dr Borg has over 20 years of senior leadership experience across a diverse range of industries, including gaming, financial services, professional advisory, insurance, hospitality, education, and consultancy. She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration, together with an MPhil, MBA, and Bachelor of Commerce in Management and Economics. Alongside her role with Integra International, Dr Borg serves as Chief Operating Officer at ARQ Group, where she leads operational strategy and oversees internal functions with a focus on organisational alignment, operational excellence, and business performance. She also plays a key role in Strategy and HR advisory, supporting organisational development, employee engagement, and strategic transformation initiatives.
