Same Year, Same Spirit: How Londen & Van Holland Welcomed Integra to Amsterdam

AMSTERDAM, the Netherlands. Integra International’s 2026 Global Conference came to Amsterdam last week, and for three days members were the guests of Londen & Van Holland, one of the city’s leading independent accounting and tax firms. Partner Guido Wijnans opened the business programme on Friday morning, welcoming delegates to the Koepelkerk under the theme “Trust. Transform. Thrive.”

Guido Wijnans of Londen & Van Holland Guido Wijnans, Partner at Londen & Van Holland in Amsterdam, host firm of the 2026 Integra International Global Conference.

The firm and the association share a birth year. Londen & Van Holland was founded in 1994, the same year as Integra, and has grown into one of the largest independent firms in Amsterdam, with more than 100 people from 15 nationalities working under one roof. The firm has been a member of Integra since 2008, making this year’s conference a homecoming for one of the association’s long-standing Dutch members.

“Hosting the conference was our way of giving something back,” said Guido Wijnans, Partner at Londen & Van Holland. “Integra has given us partners we trust in markets we could never cover alone. Opening our city to the members who made that possible felt like the natural next step.”

Wijnans brings a corporate and international tax background to the role. A graduate in Fiscal Economics from Tilburg University, he began his career in 2008 in Deloitte’s corporate tax practice, in the Netherlands and abroad, before joining Londen & Van Holland as a partner in 2019. He advises on corporate income tax, international tax, dividend withholding tax, VAT, real estate transactions and M&A, for clients in energy, infrastructure, retail and healthcare.

That outlook mirrors the firm’s own. Londen & Van Holland has a growing international audit practice, often acting as group auditor for clients with operations from the Americas to Asia, and works with Integra member firms to serve them.

“Our clients don’t stop at the Dutch border, and neither can we,” Wijnans said. “When a client expands into another country, being able to call a colleague we already know, at a firm that meets the same standards, makes all the difference. That is what Integra gives us.”

Looking back on the conference, he pointed to the programme and to everything that happened around it. “We invited the Dutch Tax Authorities, academia and technology to show members where the profession is heading, and the questions in the room showed how much that mattered. But I think people will remember the evenings just as much: dinner at the Royal IGC on Dam Square, the boat on the IJ, conversations along the canals. That is where trust is built.”

Olivier Lefebvre, Integra International’s Global Chair, thanked the host firm on behalf of the members. “Londen & Van Holland is exactly the kind of firm Integra was built for: independent, ambitious and outward-looking,” Lefebvre said. “Guido and his colleagues put enormous care into every detail of this conference, and members felt it from the very first evening.”

Dr Vanessa Borg, Chief Communications Officer of Integra International, said the host firm’s story is one every member can recognise. “Every host firm tells the Integra story in its own city,” Borg said. “Londen & Van Holland told it particularly well: a firm born the same year as the association, grown alongside it, and this year opening its doors to all of our members. That is the kind of story that shows what membership really means.”

The 2026 Integra International Global Conference took place from 22 to 24 October at the Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel and the Koepelkerk, where members welcomed eight new firms to the association. Highlights from the sessions and social programme are available on Integra’s channels.
