Suganthan is the Managing Partner of Abstracus, a firm of Chartered Accountants, licensed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana). He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from K. N. University of Science & Technology, Kumasi and a Masters in Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School, United Kingdom.

He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK); a Member of the Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA) of British Columbia; a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana); a Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (Ghana) and a Member of the Institute of Directors (South Africa). Additionally, he is a licensed auditor in Ghana and holds practicing certificates from ACCA (UK) and ICA (Ghana).

He serves on the Board of Aviation Alliance (GSA for Delta Airlines in Ghana); Ghana International School and previously worked for leading companies like Standard Chartered Bank, Barclays Bank, British American Tobacco and Ghana National Petroleum Corporation.

Significant Achievements: Suganthan is the founder of Abstracus, one of the early adopters of cloud accounting software in West Africa. The firm has partnered with various cloud software providers to equip growing businesses with the ability to have financial information in real-time to support decision-making and corporate governance.

About ten years ago, Suganthan decided to pursue his passion for learning and development by leading the set-up of Bizliteracy, a leading training and consulting company based in Ghana with an African reach. Bizliteracy has revolutionized the corporate training space by using online business simulations to provide applied business knowledge to several leading companies.
