Furthermore, he has experience working professionally in the Dominican Republic, Colombia, Panama, Honduras, Nicaragua, and other countries in the region. He has experience in both domestic and international trade, industry, and service organizations. He received his training in the United States, Mexico, Spain, and Panama.
