Dear Integra International Friends,
At the Integra International Conference in Tokyo (October 19th, 2017), I was unanimously appointed as the Global Chairman to promote the consolidation, the growth and strengthening of the association for the 2018-2019 term in line with my strategic plan.
Founded in 1994, Integra International today counts on globally connected associated offices in all major cities and business areas, in 61 countries with 114 independent members and interconnected with over 4.000 CPAs, CAs and Business Advisors, accountants, auditors and tax consultants.
Our main goal, and my personal one, will be to reinforce and develop our association.
“Enthusiasm – Passion – Technique”
are the three essential key words of the strategic plan, that will allow us to expand further.
The plan will develop on the following road map:
- INNOVATION: we will keep up with the developing world offering increasing tailor-made professional skills and innovative services in line with the customers’ requests;
- ORGANIZATION: we will make the current organizational structure more up-to-date with the associated professionals and their clients;
- COMMUNICATION: we will strengthen the members’ community by making it increasingly interconnected, and sharing relationships, knowledge and professional skills. Specific consideration, attention and organization will be devoted to non-English-native speakers.
More specifically, the main aims of the incoming two-year period include:
- To consolidate and further strengthen the widespread presence of the Association in strategic countries in both the EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India & Africa) and the AAANZ (America, Australia, Asia and New Zealand) areas.
- To complete the range of professional services offered to clients in those areas that we already cover, by associating new members with complementary abilities.
- To expand the Integra International’s alliance with companies operating in complementary business areas (Alliance Members) in the field of legal advice, financial and real estate consulting, International Investigation, and providing specific services such as transfer pricing and international M&A.
During the two-year period, direct support to all members will be strengthened by the two newly-appointed Membership Managers that I prefer to call “Integra Ambassadors”: Mr. Gerry Herter for AAANZ and Mr. Vyacheslav Denissenko for EMEIA.
Denissenko has gained significant experience in the Middle East and worked as a consultant for several Kazakh institutions. Herter is a former Chairman of Integra International and has a strong knowledge and understanding of his geographical area, where he has worked with companies from a wide range of sectors.
I firmly believe that Integra International’s success lies on the strong cooperation among members and the ability to commit among partners to achieve a common goal: create value for customers by offering increasingly specialized and thorough cross-border services. We will work together in line with this approach.
Our Global Board has already approved this new and ambitious development plan, relying on new partners in countries not yet involved, as well as on the increase and strengthening of our presence in any strategic countries.
The common goal will be providing customers with thorough and comprehensive services: a 360° service.
All such issues will, from my point of view, strengthen the Association and contribute making Integra International “Your Global Advantage”.
Sincerely,
Giuseppe Scibetta
