Vikesh Hemraj Jain, Managing Partner and a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Apart from Chartered Accountancy, he has secured many other professional certificates and / or gained knowledge by attending courses such as:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
• Diploma in International Taxation (DIIT) from ICAI,
• Anti-Money Laundering (AML) from Standard Chartered Bank,
• Financial Crime Compliance – with key focus on AML and Sanctions Countries from HSBC.

Vikesh, a qualified Chartered Accountant with an experience of 16 years, has expertise in field of Corporate Banking related services such as optimization of banking relationship structures of the corporates, finance cost optimization, arranging working capital loans, project finances, trade finances, structured loans, treasury management and forex advisory, loan syndications, loan restructuring, etc.

His rich experience with HSBC and Standard Chartered Bank in the corporate banking segment gives us a competitive edge in providing quality and value-added services to our corporate clients for their banking needs. Vikesh also have extensive knowledge on RBI and FEMA regulations; and he spearheads all the locations of ABV & Company for providing Banking Consultancy and RBI & FEMA related Advisory.

Over the years, Vikesh has been extensively working on assignments of Arranging Loans, Indirect Tax (GST) Audit and Advisory, Organization Structuring, Cross-border transactions, NRI Taxation Advisory, Company Valuations, etc.

Vikesh firmly believes in delivering partner led solutions and keeping continuous engagement with clients to foresee the requirements and keep the necessary resources available to execute the work on priority.

As a notable achievement, Vikesh had secured 42nd Rank at all India level in CA Final Examination.
