Vanessa joined Chen, Gordon y Asociados in 2001 and during her 12 years with the firm she has held several positions and made her way up to becoming a partner in 2013.  She has practice and experience in accounting and auditing mercantile companies, non-profit organizations, also renders consulting services to various clients.

Her civic and social activities include Member of the Independent Movement of Public Accountants; Member of the Civic Committee of Anton, Province of Cocle; and volunteer at Foundation El Arte de Vivir, all in the Republic of Panama.
