Stephen has over 10 years of experience working with Radachi and Company.  He specializes in consulting services, corporate and individual tax preparation, trust and estate planning, and issuance of financial statements.

Stephen works closely with high net worth individuals and trusts. He has an expertise in business planning working closely with auto dealerships and public water utilities. He has a wide knowledge of Puerto Rico entity formation in relation to Act 20 and Act 22 for business interests located in both Puerto Rico and the United States.
