Roger is a CPA, CGA who received his professional certification in 2005 from CGA Canada. He is a fellow and practising member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados (ICAB) who has collectively served on various committees within CGA and ICAB. Between 2011 and 2015 he served as a Director of CGA Caribbean.

Roger provided assurance services whilst employed with one of the Big 4 Accounting firms in Barbados and now manages his own public practice – RS Financial Services Inc., through which he provides audit, accounting, tax and business advisory services.

His personable yet professional approach creates an environment where clients can openly discuss any issues affecting their business so that all avenues can be explored for a practical solution to be provided.

His client base is varied and includes businesses within the offshore, hospitality, banking, insurance, retail distribution, construction and services sector.
