Dr. Rafael K. Hörmann is a founding partner of CHP and is admitted to practice as a lawyer and as a tax lawyer in Germany. Dr. Hörmann advises medium-sized companies in the area of tax law and corporate law. Before joining our company, Dr. Hörmann worked as a consultant for trusts and NPOs /NGO as well as for an international law firm in Bonn and for a medium-sized law firm in Munich. In addition to general tax advice, Dr. Hörmann has in-depth knowledge of restructuring and contract drafting. Furthermore, Dr. Hörmann is a certified foundation advisor.
