Rafael Colnago is the lead partner for Strategy and Business Transformation practices at Pitmen. He has extensive experience in large transformation projects and programs. He has worked for over 12 years in Big Four management and strategy consulting, including business opportunity assessment, strategic planning, structuring transformation programs, designing management models, and organizational restructuring. His international experience includes projects with clients in the USA, Canada, the UK, and India. He has a business background focused on joint ventures, strategy, and the oil industry: an MBA from IBMEC (2017); an MBA in O&G Business Management from IBP (2013); a certification program from EYU – Ernst & Young Corporate University in O&G Joint Ventures Management and Governance Maturity Analysis (2013); an Advanced Program Certificate from Harvard Business Centre / Harvard Manage Mentor (2013); and a degree in Communication from Faculdade de Administração do Espírito Santo (2007).
