Pete is a tax specialist and leads a team with his in-depth knowledge of all areas of corporate tax including corporate reconstructions, succession and sale planning, employee share schemes and general tax planning including capital allowance claims. He advises our innovative and technology businesses on key areas such as R&D tax credits and patent box claims as well as advising companies in respect of EIS/SEIS criteria and advance assurance applications.

He has also worked extensively in personal tax and has advised a broad range of clients on various aspects of their tax affairs including self-assessment, tax planning and international tax aspects.
