After graduation from the University of Toulouse in 1990 with a masters in accountancy, Mr. Dando worked for a subsidiary of BNP Paribas bank in Paris followed by several years with a subsidiary of Deloittes. In 1998 he qualified as a Chartered Accountant and in 1999 he set up DPA Expertise Conseil with his family to buy an office of Chartered Accountants in Nogaro (South West of France) with four employees which has grown to twenty.
