Mr. Mohamed Aldamati is the Chairman of the EDAT Chartered Accountants & Consulting, and he has

+45 years of experience and practice in audit, assurance, tax, and risk advisory services.

He has a strong understanding of the regulatory framework and complications specific to the business community in the MENA region. He has also gained a wealth of experience in the audits of high-profile entities in various economic sectors including banks and financial services, construction and real estate, manufacturing, trading, hospitality, Oil & Gas, and leisure and insurance services, all reporting under IFRS and local GAAP.

Mr. Mohamed has led several advisory assignments including business plans, feasibility studies, due diligence, business valuations, and the development of policies and procedures manuals.

He also has a deep knowledge of various tax areas Income Tax, withholding Tax, Stamp duty Tax, GST (VAT), Payroll Tax, and the E-invoicing rules.

Mr. Mohamed is member of Egypt Society for Taxation, Egyptian Registry of Accountants and Auditors and Egyptian Society of Accountants and Auditors
