Since joining Cresa, his team’s Operating Expense Passthrough Reviews have saved over $30 million for Cresa clients over his 30 year career. Michael has lectured at many local and national conferences including the Greater Washington Society of CPAs, the Finance and Accounting Roundtable, Top 20 Accounting firms, and NAIOP. Michael is also an adjunct faculty professor of the Masters of Real Estate program at Georgetown University.
