Mr. Patterson has more than 25 years of experience in public accounting. He specializes in assisting entrepreneurial privately-held for-profit business owners with their accounting, tax, and business consulting needs. He has deep industry expertise in Manufacturing and Dealership’s (Auto/Truck, Motorcycle/Motorsports, Construction Equip. & Marine) but serves many other industries as well.

Mr. Patterson also assists his business clients with their personal tax matters. He advises on personal income tax, estate tax, and business transition/succession planning. He has represented many clients with business acquisitions and disposals from both the buy-side and sell-side. He also works with several Non-Profit Business Associations and Private Foundations.

Mr. Patterson is a graduate of The University of Michigan – Dearborn with a Bachelor of Science in Administration (Public Accounting) Degree. He is a licensed CPA in the State of Michigan.

Mr. Patterson is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants.

Recently, he has become involved as a member on The University of Michigan-Dearborn Alumni Society Board. He serves on several additional boards, is a long-time member of the Detroit Athletic Club, is an affiliate member of Michigan Automobile Dealer Association (MADA), and is active with the Detroit Auto Dealers Association (DADA).
