K. Glenn Aldridge, CPA
Glenn Aldridge has served in several leadership positions where he has gained extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, business consulting, financing, and occupational fraud. Glenn has served clients in a variety of industries, such as hospitality, distribution, printing and advertising, retail, service, construction, heavy construction, equipment sales and leasing, technology, not-for-profit organizations and real estate entities. His experience has been primarily focused on coordinating financial reporting engagements (audits, reviews, compilations, consulting and agreed-upon procedures for closely held businesses, not-for-profit organizations and employee benefit plans). Glenn has advised clients on fraud prevention practices and conducted occupational and third-party fraud examinations and investigations involving the loss of several millions of dollars through embezzlement, asset misappropriation, contract and procurement fraud, vendor fraud, internet/computer fraud and fraudulent financial statements.
Prior to forming the Firm, Glenn was an audit partner and Director of Not-for-Profit Services for two top 25 Atlanta CPA firms where he gained experience auditing some of the largest not-for-profit organizations in the Southeast United States. Glenn also gained hands-on corporate accounting experience at Egleston Children’s Health Care System in Atlanta, where he was primarily responsible for handling the financial reporting and accounting for investments, bond financing, contributions and also for the accounting related to all of the organization’s subsidiaries.
Glenn is currently an instructor with AuditSense. AuditSense specializes in providing unparalleled training and consulting services to CPA firms, working with them to determine the optimal mix of training topics to make the training experience have the largest positive impact on the professionals within the firms. As an instructor, Glenn has worked with top 100 CPA firms, several state societies, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Glenn graduated from Bob Jones University in 1989 and became a Georgia CPA in 1993. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and is a peer review captain with the AICPA. He is also a member of the Georgia Society of CPAs (GSCPA) and has served on the GSCPA Nonprofit, Communications and Career Awareness Committees. Glenn is also a member of the Board of Directors and the treasurer for Citizen Impact USA, Inc. He sits on the board of Oconee State Bank as treasurer and is a board member, treasurer, and chair of the audit oversight committee for Leadership Ministries Worldwide, Inc. (an accredited Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability organization).
