With a degree in Economics and Business Studies from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, member of the ROAC (Official Register of Account Auditors). No. 17554 since 1998 and joined the Register of Economist Auditors (R.E.A.) in 1999.
With 20 years’ experience in auditing field covering a wide range of companies including to different economic sectors of the Spanish economy.
Additionally, he has extensive experience carrying out corporate or due diligence work in the purchase or sale of companies (advice on financial and tax aspects), tax advice to extensive number of companies, work and valuations as an expert reporter (commercial, social…).
