Gustavo Souza is an audit partner and the leader of the audit practice. With approximately 23 years of experience in accounting and auditing, he has spent 16 years at major global firms. He holds a degree in Accounting from Estácio de Sá University (UNESA), with an MBA in Controllership from the FMU Educational Center – FIAM – FAAM. He is registered with the Regional Accounting Council (CRC) and the National Register of Independent Auditors (CNAI). He has experience across a variety of segments, including retail trade, textile industries, energy, mining, real estate, telecommunications, media, and entertainment, among other sectors. Due to his solid knowledge of Brazilian accounting standards in line with international accounting and auditing standards, he has focused his career on serving multinational companies and middle-market firms. He has led large teams including, taxes, and data processing technology.
