Ferdi Kayakesen is an accomplished advisor, investor and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience working with founder- and owner-operated SMEs.

He spent 13 years at Macquarie Group (Australia’s leading investment bank), holding senior roles in the Specialist Investments division of the Asset Management team. He also held a director level role at Seidler Equity Partners, a leading private equity firm based in the US.

Ferdi runs BG Private’s Corporate Advisory and Private Equity divisions, advising SMEs with a turnover of $5-200 million on their growth and exit strategies.

Ferdi serves on the Board of Directors of numerous companies and brings experience in evaluating and implementing organic expansion and acquisition-driven growth initiatives.
