Cati joined Lohman Company in 2001 as a manager.  Today, as the partner-in-charge of the tax department and a member of both the Executive Partner Group as well as the Senior Management Group, she specializes in tax compliance and planning for closely-held businesses and their owners.  Cati has industry expertise in technology, manufacturing, distribution, service, construction and real estate  and is the firm’s  specialist for work relating to S corporations and C corporations. She also deals extensively with companies that utilize R & D credits, have foreign reporting requirements, are part of controlled groups or file multi-state tax returns.
