Brant has provided both financial and real estate leadership for projects of major corporations throughout the country, including Conoco-Phillips, Isis Pharmaceuticals, Ecolabs, Cisco Systems, CVS Drugstores, Chiron, Genentech, Texas Instruments and 7-11. Under his leadership, his clients and investment funds he led acquired over $6 billion in properties. He led the formation and management of several acquisition funds for Wolverine, including NLP Net Lease Properties, a $300 million fund partnered with Westbrook Partners, as well as Wolverine 2000 Fund, a $200 million partnership funded by several high net worth individuals. Collectively, Wolverine and its affiliated partnerships produced a total rate of return in excess of 25% to its investors and no partnership yielded a loss.
