Akram Ragaa Mostafa (Akram) is a Chartered Accountant, tax specialist, and licensed tax agent in UAE with more than 20 years of experience. He has been providing tax and bookkeeping services through Big audit firms including BDO, EY, KPMG, PwC, and Edat Consulting-MENA in Egypt, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Kuwait.

His experience is diversified in various areas including Income Tax returns, withholding Tax, Stamp duty Tax, GST (VAT), Payroll Tax, complying with the local accounting GAAP, and the E-invoicing rules. Akram also has strong practical experience in tax accounting, tax due diligence, tax structuring for acquisitions and divestments, and post-acquisition support work within MENA.

Akram has participated, spoken, and attended seminars, training, and workshops provided during his career like Global Independence, Planning International Taxation, and Tax Treaties Assessment. He also was invited to publish a lot of articles in international magazines and platforms like International Tax Review in London, Mondaq Ltd in NY, and LexisNexis in the Middle East.
