London, UK – (January 2, 2026) — Integra International is pleased to announce that Olivier Lefebvre has officially assumed the role of Global Chair, commencing his two-year term effective January 1, 2026. Following his nomination as Chairman Elect at the 2024 Integra International Global Conference in Paris, leadership of Integra was formally passed to him by his predecessor, Bill Sims, at the October 2025 Global Conference in Ottawa, Canada.
Integra International operates under the guidance of its 16-member Global Board. The Global Board sets worldwide policy and provides strategic direction for more than 6,500 professionals who shape the future of business while serving clients across the globe. As Global Chair, Mr. Lefebvre will work closely with the Global Board, regional leadership, and member firms worldwide to advance Integra’s strategic priorities, strengthen cross-border collaboration, and enhance the value delivered to members and their clients.
Olivier Lefebvre is one of the Managing Partners of BATT & ASSOCIES, a France‑based group that delivers audit, accounting, tax and advisory services to SMEs and mid‑caps. Over more than three decades with the firm, Olivier has guided entrepreneurs and leaders through creation, development, turnaround, and acquisition projects, with hands‑on work in independent business reviews, due diligence, valuations, and business planning.
Today, the BATT Group brings together 28 partners and 400 professionals across Paris, the Grand Est and Rhone-Alpes region, Geneva and Luxembourg.
Olivier began his career in audit at Mazars in Paris and Dublin and is a graduate of ESSEC Business School, Chartered Accountant in France and Luxembourg and Legal Auditor in France, Luxembourg and Switzerland.
