Mr. Suzuki is a legal representative in Shanghai. Before founding the firm, he was the China representative of NERA Economy Consulting and worked at Deloitte’s audit and tax departments. He has experience in statutory audit, valuation, international taxation and transfer pricing. With over 16 years experience in China and Hong Kong, he provides diversified business advise. He has published papers in Sino-Japanese taxation and transfer pricing, and is a frequent writer for the professional journal “International Taxation”. He graduated from Waseda University, and he is a Japanese Certified Public Accountant and Tax Accountant also proficient in Chinese and English.
