Oscar E. Mary is a partner at RCBM—Auditores & Consultores, a firm located in Buenos Aires that offers tax, audit, international tax planning, and transfer pricing services. RCBM advises local companies on their international expansion efforts as well as foreign corporations looking to establish operations in Argentina.

As a Certified Public Accountant with over 40 years of experience, Oscar has built a solid career in auditing, accounting, and international business consulting. He was admitted to the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners in 2006 and to the Institute of Internal Controls in 2013. His professional experience includes key positions at Argentine subsidiaries of major U.S. corporations and later as a partner at RCBM, where he has established a successful track record in high-level professional services.

RCBM has been a member of Integra International since 1998 and hosted the 2003 World Conference in Buenos Aires, during which the operating agreement between Integra International Association (now EMEIA) and Integra International, Inc. (now AAANZ) was adopted.

Oscar was appointed to the AAA Regional Board in 2002 and became the region’s representative on the Global Board in 2006. From 2012 to 2013, he served as Global Chairman, leading the initiative that transformed Integra International into a unified global organization, a project completed in October 2014.
