Mr. Biger has a B.A. degree in Accounting and Economics from Bar Ilan University. He has practiced as a CPA on his own account since 1985. He has been active in all areas of the accountancy profession and related services, dealing with private companies, government corporations, public companies and non-profit organizations. He specializes in dealing with companies in difficulties and their rehabilitation, the stay of proceedings and in giving reports to the courts in respect of these companies. He also specializes in consultancy in tax matters, including international taxation and gives advice to lawyers.

He is a graduate of courses in real estate taxes, arbitrations, receiverships, liquidations and the rehabilitaion of companies.
