A Message from the COO,

We are certainly having a very successful year at Integra. Over 50 delegates attended our tax workshop in Berlin which followed on from very successful conferences in Dallas and Zurich. At the time of writing this we have over 90 people registered to attend our Global Conference in Singapore. We are also experiencing increased attendance at our special interest group zoom meetings and webinars.
I would like to thank all of our members for their continued support and do look forward to meeting many of you in Singapore - some of you for the first time.
All of these conferences, tax workshops and special interest group zoom meetings do not just happen by chance and I would like to thank our hardworking team of administrators for all that they do to make these events happen. I should also like to thank all the Integra members who take part by presenting exhibiting and sharing their expertise for the benefit of the other members
Integra is all about our members and there is something that all of you can do to make our existing success continue. That is by considering whether you can introduce us to potential new members. There are still many countries in the world where we do not have representation and in many larger countries we may not have representation in all of the key cities. Remember that if you successfully introduce a member to Integra you will receive a $500 reduction in your subsequent years membership subscription!

Jambrina CPA was established in 2004 by Maximiliano Jambrina. The firm has 3 partners and 29 professional staff. Maximiliano has worked for various CPA firms in the past, but from the very beginning he knew that he wanted to create his own company. He moved to Houston Texas to complete his professional education, and in 1998 he finished his Master of Business Administration at St. Thomas University-Houston.

Brendan is a Texas CPA, IRS Enrolled Agent, and CFE, with more than twenty years of experience in Federal, International, State Compliance, and transaction analysis. Brendan enjoys contributing to his client�s success by providing solid business support that allows the growth of their organizations. He has a Master of Business Administration and a bachelor�s degree in business administration from St. Thomas University-Houston.

Pedro has expertise in tax strategies and organization setup for foreign clients. For more than twenty years he has been providing financial solutions that meet each client�s unique objectives. After he moved to Houston Texas in 2009, he continued his education at St. Thomas University-Houston.

2023 Cross Border Tax Workshop
The Cross Border Tax Workshop 2023 in Berlin, Germany was a big success. 52 people registered and gathered in Berlin. Participants from 15 countries, including Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Uganda, and the USA, attended the Workshop and presented their Country Report on the topic "Tax Incentives and Subsidies Worldwide - Global Tax Competition". The group enjoyed dinner and a breathtaking view of Berlin on Friday from the Berlin TV Tower, and a second dinner on the rooftop of the historic Reichstag building, the German parliament, with its impressive glass dome designed by the British architect Sir Norman Foster.
