A Message from the COO,

For the vast majority of our members, the advantages of their Integra membership are obvious and enduring. However, we unfortunately lose a small number of members who feel that they did not obtain sufficient value from their membership of Integra.
It is for this reason that the Global Board have decided to initiate a Mentoring programme available to any of our members who wish to receive it. It will also be offered to all new members who join us in the future. Members will be mentored by an existing experienced and active member in order to help them to gain the maximum advantage from their membership.
As far as possible we will ensure that a Mentor will have a relevant connection with the member firm that they will mentor. They will provide guidance on how to gain the most from membership of Integra within each member firm, their local business environment and within the wider Integra membership. They will encourage participation in our events and assist in identifying the best connections within our membership.
I would therefore ask any experienced and active members who wish to act as Mentors to contact me to discuss this further.
At the same time, I would ask any member firm who may believe that they would benefit from working with an experienced member of Integra as their mentor to also contact me.
It is in every member�s interest that we maximise the benefits of Integra membership so I do hope this initiative will have your full support.

In Memoriam: Iv�n Egri, a Respected Leader and Cherished Friend

We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Iv�n Egri, Managing Director of our member firm, CORRECT Financial and Auditor, in Budapest, Hungary. Our heartfelt condolences go out to Iv�n�s family, friends, and colleagues during this difficult time.
Iv�n founded CORRECT Kft. 33 years ago, establishing a legacy as not only a leader and colleague but also a trusted friend and source of unwavering professional and personal support for his team.

Since joining Integra International in 2012, Iv�n was an active and valued member, regularly attending Cross-Border Tax Workshops and numerous conferences. In June 2022, he personally hosted a memorable EMEIA Conference in Budapest, an event cherished by all participants.
In recent years, Iv�n co-managed CORRECT Kft.'s operations alongside his colleague, Monik� Avar, who has now taken over as Managing Director and majority owner. Monik� is dedicated to maintaining the firm�s Integra membership and ensuring continued collaboration with Integra members.

2024 Firm of the Year
BATT & Associ�s
"The firm of Batt & Associ�s has been very involved in Integra since joining in 2020. They have participated in many if not all of our special interest groups (SIGs) and webinars including the Data Analytics SIG which Aurelie and Viviane started and currently lead. Further, Olivier joined the EMEIA board in 2021 and then the global board where he is now the chair-elect beginning in 2026.
As we all know, the firm just hosted the annual global conference in Paris last month. Many Batt men and women attended, introduced speakers, and were themselves speakers. They also led and shepherded the members and guests to great social activities, events and dinners.
In short, the Firm joined and immediately started contributing to the Integra community where they have made a difference. I cannot think of a more deserving firm for this prestigious recognition! Well done Nathalie, Olivier and the entire Batt team!"
