I hope this message finds you well and enjoying a productive summer season (at least for those of us in the northern hemisphere).
I would like to take a moment to officially acknowledge the retirement of Mark Saunders, who stepped down from his role as Chief Operating Officer on June 30, 2025. Mark has made an outstanding contribution to Integra International�not only as COO, but also through his many years of dedicated service on both the regional and global boards, including chairing the global board a couple of decades ago. On behalf of the entire association, I want to express our sincere gratitude to Mark for his leadership, commitment, and lasting impact on Integra.
I�m also pleased to reflect on the successful conferences we recently held in Dresden, Germany, in June and in Manila, Philippines, in July. Thank you to everyone who participated, presented, and contributed to the success of these events.
Looking ahead, I encourage you to join us at the Global Conference in Ottawa, Canada, from October 23�25, hosted by our member firm Hendry Warren. They are looking forward to welcoming you to their beautiful city and have planned a fantastic program with an excellent lineup of speakers, sponsors, and exciting social events. It promises to be a memorable experience for all attendees.
Conferences offer more than just educational value�they provide a valuable opportunity to connect with fellow members, strengthen professional relationships, and explore opportunities for collaboration and business referrals. While virtual meetings are good, they cannot replace meeting in person where you can shake hands, hug, and share a meal and drink with a peer.
In the meantime, I encourage you to stay engaged through our upcoming webinars and special interest groups. We have a number of timely and compelling topics coming up that are sure to provide valuable insights for your practice and clients.
