Update from our COO, Mark Saunders

In a global organization such as Integra International effective communication with our members can be a challenge. That is why we have initiated a regular “Open House” Zoom meeting in each of our time zones.

Our regional administrators, Susanne, Kathy and Lois will be inviting the members on a three monthly basis to an hour long meeting where we can update you on developments within Integra and you can talk to us about any aspect of your membership. You will also have the opportunity to meet with other members and build your relationships with them.

We started with a meeting in our Asia Pacific region on 22nd June which was very successful and well attended.

The next will take place on 15th July for the EMEIA region with a third planned for the 19th August for North and South America.

I look forward to meeting you all at an Open House meeting soon and for those who will be able to travel I really hope to see you in October in Miami!

Integra Announces New
Regional Presidents

Integra International is pleased to announce the appointment of new chapter Presidents. Mark Fiato, CPA, CVA, was appointed Board President for the AAANZ Regional Chapter (North and South America, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand).  The election took place in May at Integra’s AAANZ Regional Conference and Mark will serve a two-year term as Board President.

Mark is the Managing Partner of Boston based Caras & Shulman, PC, a founding member of Integra International. He has more than 30 years of experience providing audit, accounting, advisory, tax planning and compliance services to privately held businesses and their owners.

David Borg, CPA, CA, was appointed Board President for the EMEIA Regional Chapter (Europe, Middle East, Indian Subcontinent, and Africa). The election took place in June at the Integra EMEIA Regional Conference.

David is the Tax Partner of Capstone Group and ARQ Group in Malta and he is responsible for business development. He has worked in a senior management capacity with some of the largest international corporations to operate out of Malta and has advised various companies on business development, tax structures and corporate governance issues.
