A Message from the Global Chair,
Olivier Lefebvre, Batt & Associes
Happy New Year to all!
I’m truly honored and excited to begin this year stepping into my role as Global Chair of our association for 2026 and 2027.
My journey started in audit back in 1990 at Mazars in Paris, followed by Dublin. I joined Batt & Associés in 1993 and have been actively involved in driving our growth ever since. At the time, Batt was a local firm with 5 partners and 40 staff. Today, we proudly count 28 partners and more than 400 talented professionals working with us across accounting, tax, audit, legal services, payroll, as well as financial and business intelligence advisory.
We joined Integra International in 2020, and ever since, we’ve greatly enjoyed the energy of our exchanges—whether through meetings, conferences, or collaborations on shared clients with fellow members across the globe.
Together with the Global Board and with the support of the EMEIA and AAANZ Boards, I’m eager to continue strengthening the services and opportunities our association offers to members worldwide. To help steer our priorities, we will soon share a survey: “What do you expect from Integra? What new exchanges and services should we develop?” Your input will be invaluable.
I look forward to seeing many of you at our upcoming events and conferences, and to building this next chapter together.
