London, UK (July 1, 2025) – Integra International is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Radachi as Board President for the AAANZ Regional Chapter (North and South America, Asis, Australia, and New Zealand). The election took place in May at Integra’s AAANZ Regional Conference. 

Stephen is the Director of Business Development at Radachi and Company and brings over 15 years of tax expertise, strategic insight, and a genuine passion for helping clients thrive.  Whether he’s advising auto dealerships, public water utilities, or high-net-worth individuals and family offices, Stephen is known for building strong relationships and delivering creative, practical solutions.  He has a deep knowledge of Puerto Rico tax incentives and regularly guides clients with planning and compliance across both the mainland U.S. and Puerto Rico.  His specialties range from corporate and individual tax strategy to international tax and trust and estate planning.

Stephen joined the AAANZ Regional Chapter board in 2019 and looks forward to strengthening the growth of Integra International by working closely with current and prospective members.  When he’s not deep in tax code, he’s likely networking, traveling, or finding new ways to make business development feel a little more fun.
