A Message from the COO,
Mark Saunders
First of all, let me start by wishing all of the Integra family a very happy, healthy and prosperous new year. Let’s hope that we find ourselves in a better position with regard to the Covid pandemic in twelve months’ time.
We had a very busy end to our year with the inaugural meetings of our Corporate Finance, Transfer Pricing and Audit and Accounting Special Interest Groups. If you want to be invited to future meetings, please look out for the announcements and to be on the permanent membership list register with our Administrative team.
We also have now booked the hotel for our Las Vegas conference. It is Caesars Palace in Las Vegas and our conference dates are 19th to the 21st May so mark your calendars now!
On the 26th and 27th January your Global Board will be meeting, virtually, to discuss the plans for the year and to hear reports from our Administrative team – Susanne, Lois and Kathy; Membership Manager – Slava; and myself. Our Treasurer, Britta, will present the budget for approval and this will all be under the Chairmanship of our new Global Chair, Roby Almog.
I am aware that Slava is very close to being able to announce yet another new member and that he has a number of other prospects that we hope will also be joining us soon. We look forward to welcoming those new members to our ever growing Association. Remember that every one of you is a member of the membership committee! If you know of any firm in a city or country where we do not have representation please introduce them to Slava.
Please remember that we are here to assist the members in any way we can so please do reach out to our Administrators, Slava or myself.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind Regards.

In December 2021, Integra International held inaugural meetings for three new special interest groups: Audit & Accounting, Corporate Finance and Transfer Pricing. The meetings were well attended by participants from member firms around the globe along with Integra COO, Mark Saunders and Integra Administrators, Susanne Martius, Lois Pares and Kathy Rose.
On the initiative of very interested Integra members, the Audit & Accounting Special Interest Group was re-launched and had its first meeting to discuss the purpose, the goals and the activities to achieve. Members of the Audit & Accounting Special Interest Group will form a global pool of expertise where they will share experience and knowledge on technical updates, provide expert opinion, offer training to members and provide write-ups for periodical publications and technical bulletins. Vijay Kumar from KGRN in Dubai volunteered to lead the Special Interest Group. Meetings will be held quarterly, and sessions will be organized at each of the Integra Conferences.
The Corporate Finance Special Interest Group was initially launched by the initiative of Bright Grahame Murray’s firm partners Hemant Thanawala & Robert Moore together with Wayne Soo of Fiducia LLP, and David Borg of Arq Group. The special interest group will focus on offering Corporate Finance Services to create new or additional profit centers and to establish closer relationships with member firms as this will attract new quality clients by using the international network of Integra.
The Transfer Pricing Special Interest Group will be headed by Oliver Treidler, Managing Director at TP&C. The Transfer Pricing Special Interest Group was established to share knowledge and experiences around cross border transactions and related transfer pricing issues. The objective is to facilitate a shared frame of reference that will work for all parties in actual cross border cases. By its very nature, transfer pricing presents arms-length challenges across multiple perspectives. Collaboration between Integra members from various parts of the world is a valuable benefit to members and their clients. The next meeting is scheduled for February 17th and we invite all members with an expertise in this area to join us.
Invitations to upcoming meetings are coming soon.
